These are oops stickers: all of them are defective in some way, maybe a misprint, cuts too deep, cuts not deep enough, miscut, the cut is not correctly (not deep enough) , not correctly aligned, etc. Sometimes you can use the entire sheet, sometimes you can use it partially, sometimes it is just to be patient and careful, and sometimes you can even spot the problem. But always keep in mind these are damaged stickers. 

Please note that the color on images may vary from monitor to monitor due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.

ADVICE: With holographic and glossy stickers, when the cut is not deep enough, try lifting a small section and then gently slide your tweezer's point around the sticker, following the edges, with part of the tweezer's point underneath the sticker. This method helps me a lot when I encounter this issue while using stickers, and most of the time, I can use the entire sheet without any problems. It's similar to trying to remove a cake from its mold without breaking it.
