Please select tracked shipping if you are concerned about delivery. We are unable to refund or replace lost orders shipped without tracking.
Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. No refunds or replacements will be provided for delivered packages.
To report a missing item from your order, we require video proof of the unboxing process. Please record a quick video while opening your package to help us evaluate any issues properly. Thank you!
Lost orders
For domestic orders, please allow up to 30 business days before claiming a package as lost.
For international orders, please allow up to 2 months before claiming a package as lost, as customs and international transit times may vary significantly.
If your order was shipped without tracking and becomes lost in transit, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or replacements.
If your tracked order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to try to locate the package. If the package cannot be recovered, a replacement may be offered. Depending on the destination country, the buyer may be required to partially or fully cover the replacement shipping cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are stolen after being successfully marked as delivered.
For claims regarding missing items, we reserve the right to deny replacement requests if an unboxing video is not provided.
International shipping disclaimer (outside the USA)
For some international destinations, due to previous issues with packages being lost or stolen in transit, we reserve the right to request partial or full shipping payment for replacement orders.
If an international package is confirmed lost during transit, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. However, depending on the destination country, shipping costs for the replacement package may need to be partially or fully covered by the customer. These measures allow us to continue offering shipping to more countries while protecting the shop from repeated transit losses outside of our control. We strongly recommend monitoring tracking updates closely and selecting a secure delivery location whenever possible.
