Refunds and cancellations 


All sales are final, and no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be accepted.

Please choose tracked shipping if concerned about delivery, we do not refund or replace lost untracked orders. 

We are not responsible for lost packages once the package is marked as delivered. No refunds, no replacements.

We don't refund shipping costs under any circumstances.  

Lost order

For domestic order please allow 30 business days before claiming an order as lost.

For international orders allow up to 2 months before claiming an order as lost.

If you didn't add tracking to your order and your order gets lost there is nothing we can do about it. No refund no replacement will be sent. 

If your order has tracking and it gets lost, we'll try to track the order down and make it get to you. In case that is not possible, a replacement will be sent but the buyer may need to cover the shipping cost

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not offer any kind of refund or replacement if your order gets stolen after it was successfully delivered.
